Everything here felt fine, it was a very pleasant stay of 8 nights. Very professional staff made me feel welcome. The setting was top and quiet.

The apartment is tranquil, has more than enough space, and is short walk to beautiful bars, and ADO bus station and downtown. The people working there are attentive and hard-working, have a big heart. The venue has perfect setting close to supermarket. It's situated close to the bar. There is Chivos Restaurante 200 metres away to spend the evening.

Exceptionally nice and ideal location very close to the ruins, the city centre close to restaurants, and transports and the center, and the room was air-conditioned.

The view of my apartment was not so good.

We didn't want to leave, it's quiet and new place.

The bed with sockets and reading lights was comfy. Its location was lovely, not far from Agua Azul.

I had a fantastic stay at Casa Janaab. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ADO bus station. The dorm room I stayed in was clean and had a comfortable bed with air conditioning. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathrooms were always clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Casa Janaab for a great stay in Palenque.

The location of this place is excellent, as it is right next to waterfalls and ruins.

The accommodation was quiet and new. We met flexible staff there. The location was incredible and top for exploring Agua Azul, that is set not too far from the apartment. It also was very close to the waterfalls of Roberto Barrios, Palenque and ADO bus terminal.

Tranquil place to stay close to Mexico as well as ADO bus station. Room with the kingsize bed. Welcoming and attentive staff with good travel recommendations.

We stayed for 2 night and loved our stay. Staff of our accommodation was helpful and hard-working! Its location was top, within easy walking distance of Agua Azul.

The rooms were very nice and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and transportation. I especially appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the opportunity to meet other travelers.

One minor issue was the lack of a fan in the kitchen to help with the heat while cooking and dining. Additionally, there were some extra charges for services such as refilling water bottles and using the laundry, which added up and made the overall cost a bit higher than expected.
